The use of the application and services offered by airtickets.com®,
subject to Terms and Conditions that apply to all detention orders,
either electronically or by telephone, either directly at the company.
By purchasing and booking a ticket or other service offered by airtickets.com®, each user agrees to the Terms and Conditions. airtickets.com® acts as intermediate. The user should be consulted on with the Terms and Conditions of the respective providers.
Booking
Upon completion of the relevant fields on the booking form, that is made through the application, but for any other booking (telephone from the user via the call center and reservation made by the user at the company), the user gives explicit mandate to airtickets.com® to broker providing travel services, by the supplier or any other service. The detention order is binding on the user in each case. If short-term changes in any service from the provider selected by the user, e.g. a delay or cancellation, airtickets.com® will try to contact the user via telephone or email and inform him about it , with the condition that airtickets.com® has received timely information from the supply side. For delays and cancellations of flights or other travel services and products provider, airtickets.com® bears no responsibility. The user is responsible for compliance with the conditions set by each supplier, such as conditions imposed by any airline on the time check in. The user is informed of these conditions by the provider. Should the user violate the Terms of Use, airtickets.com® has the right to reject orders for the detention.
Prices
For changes in prices and booking fees for cancellation of the travel provider of travel services, airtickets.com® has no responsibility. The remuneration of airtickets.com® as mediator, is included in the total price of the service.
Payment
In order to buy your ticket through the application, it is possible to pay by credit card only. Before the settlement, airtickets.com® is not required to transfer the tickets or other travel documents to the user. airtickets.com® may ask the user to produce any evidence regarding his residence address or a copy of his credit card or bank account deposit, before the final version of the ticket.
Confirmation of booking
After booking a ticket through the application of airtickets.com®, the user will receive confirmation of booking – purchase, through e - mail and is required to verify the accuracy of the data verification and update airtickets.com® as soon as possible, and within the same calendar day, for any discrepancies or errors on the original reservation being registered. The late reporting of errors and discrepancies in no way entitle him to withdraw from the contract.
Send a Ticket
The flights are sent to the user as electronic tickets (e-tickets) via electronic mail (e-mail). Reservation and ticket are transferred automatically in the system of the airline. After issuing the ticket, the user receives a second e-mail stating the number of electronic ticket, which will be printed and used at the airport during the check in. If the original email shows the number of the ticket, the customer does not receive another confirmation. The name of the user at the reservation system should match the name of identity.
Travel Documents
airtickets.com® is not responsible for any travel documents (passports, visa, etc.), the client should hold out for a trip. It is the passenger’s obligation securing the required passenger documents.
Cancellations - Changes
The ability to change or cancel a flight ticket, a trip or a different product or service and the conditions governing such a change or cancellation, subject to conditions set by each provider to which airtickets.com® has no influence. Costs may arise in case of change or cancellation of a travel service, which is determined by the conditions of each provider. If the supplier provides the user the right to cancel or change a product or service, the user is obliged to inform in writing airtickets.com® about the cancellation or change, otherwise airtickets.com® may not cancel or modify the reservation. Before each reservation, the user must read and agree with the regulations and restrictions. If the user needs to change or cancel a ticket which has not been issued, airtickets.com® changes or cancels the reservation without charge. If a ticket has been issued, airtickets.com® changes or cancels it, in accordance to the terms of the supplier. Any charges are the same as those applicable to all travel agencies, depending on the time of cancellation. The service fee for change - cancellation of any service, accords the market trends. Apart from the possible cancellation – change fee from the provider, the charge for airtickets.com® (service fee) is defined according to the following:
The commission paid when purchasing a service in case of cancellation, is non-refundable. In case of cancellation with fault of the supplier, no additional service fee is charged by airtickets.com®.
Exclusion of Liability
airtickets.com® has no liability for the non availability of the service or product, errors, omissions or denial of the supplier, injury, death, property damage or other losses that may result from services supplier, delays, cancellations, overbooking, strike, force majeure that are not in direct control, the privacy policy to any other internet sites, the information provided and published by other suppliers.
User responsibility
For the use of the application, the user guarantees that is over 18 years and is responsible for any use of this application by minors on his behalf. The user is obliged to use the application in accordance to the law and follow the written rules of use. Any use of the application for misleading or speculative purposes, or purposes that could cause a malfunction in the provision of services, is prohibited. Any irregular movement using the application, will result in the exclusion of user access to services provided by it.

The content of the application strictly belongs to airtickets.com®. Any copying, distribution, transportation, processing or resale is strictly prohibited.
Modification - Renewal of the General Terms and Conditions
airtickets.com® has the right to modify or extend the above Terms and Conditions for using this application at any time without any obligation to inform the user about.
